SouthCon Building Group Welcomes Anne S. Derbyshire as Business Development Manager
SouthCon Building Group, a full-service general contractor based in Mount Pleasant, welcomes Anne S. Derbyshire as Business Development Manager. She comes to SouthCon with more than 20 years of business development and marketing experience in the Carolinas construction industry, most recently with LandOne Group in Charleston. In her new position, Derbyshire will focus on the continued expansion of SouthCon’s commercial, industrial, retail and institutional projects, while also representing the company within the community.

Derbyshire’s accolades include being named #1 of 11 Women in Construction in the Charleston Metro area. She is actively involved in CREW Charleston serving as co-chair of community outreach, is a licensed Realtor in South Carolina, and sits on the Town of Mount Pleasant Construction Board of Appeals. Derbyshire is a graduate of Lander University with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications.
