Stewart Promotes Andy Young, PE, and Jake Petrosky, AICP, to New Practice Leader Roles
Stewart, an interdisciplinary design, engineering and planning firm, has promoted Andy Young, PE, to Practice Leader of Transportation, and Jake Petrosky, AICP, to Practice Leader of Community Planning. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience collaborating with DOTs, municipalities, and private partners, Young will oversee Stewart’s environmental planning (Human, NEPA / SEPA), roadway design, traffic management, greenways, signing and delineation (pavement markings), and structures (bridge, culvert, boardwalks, retaining walls). Petrosky has more than 20 years of experience in land use planning, comprehensive plans, small area plans, GIS, parks, greenways, multi-modal transportation, and environmental planning. He believes in data-driven, design-oriented planning and has a professional interest in how well-designed, connected places, and open spaces can improve quality of life and create stronger communities.
