T.A. Loving Opens New Raleigh Office to Support Growing Triangle Customer Base
T.A. Loving Company, a longstanding leader in commercial construction throughout the southeast, announced today the opening of the new office in downtown Raleigh at 3600 Glenwood Avenue. The new office will be a hub for the company’s expanding portfolio of work throughout the Triangle region. Vice President Ken Gerrard will run day-to-day operations and expand staff over the coming year.
“Our ties to the Triangle have been strong for our entire company history spanning more than 90 years,” said Sam Hunter, CEO and Chairman of T.A. Loving. “We take pride in producing quality construction projects that have become some of the area’s most recognizable landmarks—from the 1962 construction of Harrelson Hall to the Fayetteville Street renovation to the recently completed UNC-Chapel Hill new indoor football practice facility and soccer/lacrosse stadium. Our partnerships here are important to our business, and the new office allows us to better serve the daily needs of the Triangle market.”
The new office is scheduled to open in late April and will include several new hires. The new positions will include a marketing coordinator, project managers, administrative personnel, estimators and a preconstruction leader.
