Thomas & Hutton Adds New Project Manager in Charleston

Thomas & Hutton has announced that Michele Richbourg, PE joined the firm’s Environmental team as Project Engineer. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Engineering, Richbourg is a registered Professional Engineer with 13 years of experience in water and wastewater project permitting and design, construction administration, industrial treatment, environmental permitting, and municipal stormwater program planning and implementation assistance. She will provide water and wastewater project permitting and design, construction administration, industrial wastewater pretreatment, municipal pretreatment program development and compliance, and environmental permitting.
