THS Constructors among 10 Best Places to Work in South Carolina
GREENVILLE, S.C. – THS Constructors was recently named in the Top 10 of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina by SC Biz News and the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, placing #9. The 15th Annual ceremony took place on August 21st from Columbia, SC. THS received a 96% satisfaction rate from their survey results and celebrated 100% participation from their employees located on job sites and remote offices throughout the state.
The survey-and-awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best employers in the state of South Carolina, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses. The list is made up for 74 companies throughout South Carolina. This is the first year that THS has participated in the program.
President & CEO, Dana Emberton said of the honor, “Five years ago, we developed strategic goals for our company that helped guarantee we hired and cultivated the right employees for THS. Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems, and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the companies and the final ranging. Following the submissions, Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and determined the final rankings.
