USGBC wants YOU to Attend Green Business Boot Camp

by USGBC on September 3, 2017

Join your local community in the Southern U.S. for a crash course in LEED and green building.

It is an exciting time in the green industry. USGBC’s Green Building Economic Impact Study found that the green construction growth rate is rapidly outpacing that of conventional construction. Total state earnings related to LEED building construction projects are estimated to total $8.4 million by 2018.

In addition, the portfolio of tools and resources to advance the green market place continues to grow with LEED v4, SITES, PEER, Parksmart and other systems supported by GBCI.

Green business leaders are invited to join USGBC for a series of Green Business Boot Camps. This highly specialized, intensive, interactive, four-hour training will provide LEED practitioners, project teams, service providers and developers an opportunity to learn ways to grow their business through the expanding suite of tools offered by GBCI.

Attendees will receive a crash course on each of the new offerings that builds upon their knowledge of LEED. Led by USGBC’s regional team for the southern U.S., you will discover how to advance green buildings, communities and cities as part of your green business strategy.

Stay afterward for the Boot Camp Unwind reception to relax and connect with colleagues. For credential holders, four hours of GBCI general CEU credit will be provided.

Join us for one of the upcoming Green Business Boot Camps in your town:

Wed., September 20: Charlotte, North Carolina, in conjunction with the Green Gala and Sustainable Business Awards
Wed., October 4: Austin, Texas
Thurs., October 5: Dallas, Texas
Thurs., November 30: Washington, D.C.
Tues., December 5: Atlanta, Georgia, in conjunction with 2017 Red and Green Scene
