Young Leaders Conference Offered by CAGC

The Carolinas AGC will be hosting a Young Leaders Leadership Conference on Thursday November 9, 2017 in Belmont, N.C. The theme of this event is “Living a Life of Purpose” and will feature Danielle Aaronson with InnerWill Leadership Institute.

Session Description:

As determined individuals move through their career, they are required to make decisions that impact their daily lives. Those decisions are often made without awareness and intention, but instead made on the basis of the immediate need of the current task.

During the session, “Living a Life of Purpose,” participants will take the time to determine what is important to each individual and identify how, and if, those important things are being given the time and energy deserved. We will conclude with action planning on how to incorporate those values into life- creating an integration of the best version of each individual within the work they have committed themselves to.
