
Graycliff Capital’s Shannon Bull Promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Shannon Bull, CPA, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Graycliff Capital, a leading developer/owner in the multi-family sector based in downtown Greenville, South Carolina.
Bull joined Graycliff’s Accounting team nearly five years ago as Senior Accounting Manager and was soon promoted to Director of Accounting. In her new role as CFO, she is responsible for managing the company’s global financial objectives through multiple, complex ownership structures.

Bull’s career history includes more than 12 years as a Senior Manager with Elliott Davis, three years as Controller with Wingfield Properties, and five years as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting, as well as her Master of Accounting (Auditing), from the University of South Carolina. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
